Ankit Mathur

Avnee Shrivastav, Founder and Director, represents the niche league of women professionals in India, who have managed to build their significant position in the corporate board, through their strong leadership and expert skills. With a 7 years long experience in the Human Resource Development she has come a long way from being a student of management ( Masters degree in Marketing and Human resource ), to carrying out roles at senior levels in corporate that eventually transcended her to lead one of the most reputed HR brands in the country Herald Hiring Solutions.

Avnee has mentored many young professionals under her guidance, as an advisor and as a keen strategist she has nurtured diverse projects for the company which has been executed across diverse domains.

 She started her career working as a Recruitment Executive in a placement consultancy in Pune where she used to handle end to end recruitments for clients. Further in her career she joined MediPlace Healthcare Management Consultants, where she worked as Senior Executive HR handling all the HR activities in the company. Later she got promoted to Team Lead with 15 recruiters reporting in for all the major client in Healthcare and Hospitals division in the company.

Working with MediPlace for 3 years nurtured her experience in various fields of HR which eventually motivated her to start her own Recruitment Firm, Herald Hiring Solutions, which is specialized in Hospital and Healthcare Recruitments across India. At HHS  she started working as a recruiter herself with few freelancers working with her across India. After few months of hard work, she started getting good results after which she setup an office with a team of 4 recruiters working for several hospitals and healthcare organizations in India.



Ankit Mathur, Co-Founder and Director is a new age entrepreneur who carries a fearless and motivating approach day in and day out. He is an ambition driven individual who loves experimenting with varied approaches to attain the predetermined goal. His inclination towards sales and marketing started early and took decisive shape while pursuing his first on-field job as a trainee during his summer internship program, which cut out a clear vision for his future endeavors.

Post completion of his masters degree in core marketing in 2011, he started working as a management trainee with www.cardekho.com and got a wonderful opportunity to sharpen his skills, enhance his knowledge and benefit from the first hand experience of sales and marketing in the real world. His dedication, hard-work, innovative sales techniques, improvisation and customer relations earned him a good reputation along with a few awards and recognition, which translated into an immediate promotion from a management trainee to  an assistant manager, who now had a team of over 20 people and was heading the sales of an entire division.

After completing 2 years with cardekho, Ankit started a new venture with a partner in the retail industry and started his very own high-end apparel clothing store, which was an instant hit. The marketing strategy and sales methods contributed hugely in making it a local area’s favorite and the success translated into expansion sooner than expected and by the end of first year second store was also up and running. Many more projects are still in pipeline and are being given the final touches and some of them will be on floor soon.
